Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love the art you carry every day. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at phonecasing.us@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging when possible. Please include your order number and a brief reason for the return request.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered, contact us at phonecasing.us@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the request and help with a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
Non-returnable items
Items that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or items returned without approval may not be eligible for a refund. Gift cards, if offered, are non-returnable.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect due to our error. Original shipping costs, if any, are not refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to contact us first, then place a new order after your return is approved.
