Order processing
Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to the regions available at checkout. If your country or region is not available at checkout, we are not able to ship there at this time.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you place your order. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary because of weather, customs, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Incorrect shipping information
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
